They’re also great for people who need a little motivation to get back on track with healthy living. Each workshop lasts approximately 1.5 hours and includes a snack break.
All of the material presented during the workshops is based on scientific studies and the research of William Sears, M.D. With over 40 years’ experience as a family physician, he is best known for his “science-made-simple-and-fun approach” to family health.

Smart Shopping Grocery Store Tours
Take a stroll through Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s with Lisa to learn how to shop smart on a budget and how to avoid the top 5 shopping mistakes people make, causing them to stumble in their health journeys. You’ll also discover the top 5 marketing tricks that fool people.
Tours last 1-2 hours and start at $35 for private tours and $15 per person for group tours.*
Confused about which foods are actually beneficial for you and which are not? Lisa will explain a simple way to categorize every food item you encounter. She will also teach you how to read labels and how to make a smart shopping list. Don’t worry! You won’t throw away any of your food during the makeover, but you will receive plenty of resources so you will know exactly what to buy on your next shopping trip. You will learn to fill your pantry with nutrient-dense foods that will help you achieve your health goals. A makeover also provides a great opportunity to include your children or other family members in this interactive learning activity.
Pantry makeovers typically last 1-2 hours and start at $39 for the first hour.*
Individual coaching sessions are perfect for people who want personalized accountability, encouragement, and motivation to start a healthy lifestyle or to get back on track.
Coaching sessions typically occur once or twice a month in person or on FaceTime.**
Lisa will answer any questions you have, help you formulate goals, and give you tools and strategies to meet your goals. The best part of one-on-one coaching is each session is custom-designed to fit your personal needs.
Each coaching session typically lasts 1-2 hours.
Coaching sessions start at $45 for the first one-hour consultation and $35 for each additional hour.*
