A little about my own journey…
I started taking my health seriously in 2002 when I was pregnant with my first child. After spending 10 years making some good choices but also making some big mistakes, my health began to unravel in 2012. With the help of my team of health professionals, I made major changes to my diet and lifestyle. After addressing my spiritual, emotional, and physical challenges, I experienced dramatic improvements in all areas of my health.
Believing everything happens for a reason, I knew God was calling me to take what I learned during my journey and inspire people to overcome their own health challenges by adopting a lifestyle of vibrant health and wellness.
I began formally coaching in 2016 after completing a health coaching course taught by Dr. Joshua Axe, and I received my health coach certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in 2018. I have also donated hundreds of hours of free counsel and coaching to friends and family over the past several years.
