Lisa started taking her health seriously in 2002 when she was pregnant with her first child. After spending 10 years making some good choices but also making some big mistakes, her health began to unravel in 2012. With the help of her team of health professionals, Lisa made major changes to her diet and lifestyle. After three years of addressing her spiritual, emotional, and physical challenges, she experienced dramatic improvements in all areas of her health.

Believing everything happens for a reason, Lisa knew God was calling her to take what she learned during her journey and inspire people to overcome their own health challenges by adopting a lifestyle of vibrant health and wellness.

Lisa began formally coaching in 2016 and received her health coach certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in 2018. She has also donated hundreds of hours of free counsel and coaching to friends and family over the past several years.

As a certified health coach, Lisa has a blast teaching workshops and helping her clients formulate goals. Lisa offers the latest practical tools and strategies to support her clients. She loves celebrating every goal they reach and every victory they win!
